1. Chilled Water Coil

ACW Chilled Water Coils Overview:

  • Applications:

    • Comfort cooling

    • Industrial processes

    • Dehumidification

    • Special-purpose environments

    • Equipped with vents and drains for easy servicing and maintenance

    • Heating water coils available for reheating or humidity control

    • Can operate with glycol mixtures for specialised applications

    • Tube options:

      • 3/8" OD smooth copper tubes (1–10 rows)

      • 1/2" OD smooth copper tubes (1–8 rows)

    • Fin materials: corrugated aluminium or copper fins

    • Fin pitch (FPI): 10 to 18 depending on configuration

    • Maximum finned length: 4200 mm

2. Evaporator Coil

Evaporator coils are designed to work with refrigerants such as R22, R407C, R134a, and R410A to provide cooling and dehumidification. They are equipped with a refrigerant distributor to evenly distribute refrigerant across all circuits, ensuring optimal performance. These coils use inner grooved copper tubes to improve heat transfer.

Evaporator Coil Overview:

  • Tube Diameter: 3/8” OD copper

  • Tube Type: Inner grooved

  • Fins Material: Aluminium or Copper

  • Fins Type: Corrugated

  • FPI (Fins Per Inch): 10 to 18

3. Condenser Coil

Condenser coils are used for rejecting heat to the ambient environment or for heating purposes. They also utilize high-performance slit fins and inner grooved copper tubes, increasing the surface area and enhancing heat rejection efficiency.
